The participants of the program “Women Empowerment for Community Engagement” were once again women and girls of Lori region 
On the 1st day, Ani Samsonyan, the deputy of the 7th convocation of the National Assembly of the Bright Armenia Party, greeted the participants with the words of Thomas Eliot: “Only those who will risk going too far can possibly find out how far one can go”. Ani Samsonyan discussed the importance of women’s participation and leadership in decision-making processes with the participants, the two sides of politics, and what factors and challenges should be considered before entering politics. An interesting dialogue took place between the participants and the speaker, giving them the opportunity to get answers to their questions.
On the 2nd day of the training, the participants got acquainted with the advocacy processes, the importance of the implementation strategy, the need to build cooperation and clearly selected tactical steps.
The participants discussed the community problems in their groups, identified the priorities and chose ways to solve them in the future according to their importance. Moreover, the role-playing exercises provided an opportunity to strengthen the acquired knowledge.
