We continue the program “Strengthening Women Capacity for ProFem Advancements in Armenia”
We started our training sessions on June 8 and 9. The participants were women and girls from the regions of Armenia who are interested in #politics and want to improve their abilities and skills in this field.
During the two-day workshop, the participants got acquainted and gained new knowledge about public relations, effective communication, its types, the challenges, as well as soft skills and the art of negotiation.
During the courses, the participants worked on different group projects, and had the opportunity to express their opinions and ask questions to the trainers.
The program will be continuous, and through various lectures and meetings, the participants will further strengthen their knowledge and abilities on a range of topics.
