Our interesting art therapies with Artsakh women are continuing. This time, the format of our meeting was slightly different. Participants were working on canvases and had a specific task – to paint with the required color combinations and in a particular sequence.
The meeting was very engaging, filled with high spirits and enthusiasm, with sincere and warm communication among the participants. One of the goals of the art therapy activities is for participants to truly feel safe in the particular place and environment, enabling them to communicate freely with one another and gain positive energy.
