A two-day course on gender equality was held within the framework of the “Strengthening Women Capacity for ProFem Advancements in Armenia” program.
The purpose of the meeting was to familiarize employees of municipal governments from different regions of the Republic of Armenia, as well as other community stakeholders, with issues related to gender equality. The meeting was attended by community servants from various structures within the RA, along with representatives from other interested bodies.
During the two-day session, participants learned about the key aspects of gender equality, stereotypes, the features of socialization, as well as relevant statistics and analysis.
