As part of the program “Strengthening Women Capacity for ProFem Advancements in Armenia” a two-day meeting was held on the topic of the realization of equal rights and opportunities for women and men.
Representatives of various state institutions from different regions of Armenia attended the meeting,
During the sessions, participants became familiar with the concepts of equal rights and opportunities for women and men, as well as stereotypes and their impact on society.
The training included videos, statistical data, and various informational materials, which contributed to a deeper understanding of the topic.
Participants also learned about domestic violence, ways to prevent it, and existing legal mechanisms.
The training was highly interactive and generated great interest among the participants. Through group work and active discussions, participants gained a deeper understanding of the topic.
